Why convert FLAC to AAC?
AAC uses lossy compression, so expect a noticeably smaller file than the lossless FLAC original, at some cost to quality. The main reason to convert FLAC to AAC is compatibility: AAC plays on virtually any device or app without an extra codec, while FLAC doesn't always.
