There are no open roles today. We would rather say that plainly than publish evergreen listings for positions we are not ready to fill. When a role opens, this page will include its scope, working arrangement, compensation context, and interview process.
The work behind Convyx
The product spans Next.js and TypeScript, PostgreSQL with Drizzle, Redis and BullMQ, S3-compatible object storage, conversion engines such as Sharp and FFmpeg, SDKs, and production deployment automation. Reliability work includes idempotency, quota enforcement, job-state races, retention deletion, archive safety, and observable queues.
How future roles will be evaluated
We value evidence over broad claims: reproducing failures, reading upstream types, testing real conversion output, documenting tradeoffs, and keeping public product copy aligned with actual enforcement. A small, well-verified change is better than a large speculative one.
